Why is standardization important for Rhodiola?
The genus Rhodiola contains many species. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the Rhodiola rosea species is quite different from its relatives in the Rhodiola genus. 94% of all human studies were performed using the Rhodiola rosea species. Rhodiola rosea extract is identified by its Rosavins content and standardized to contain 3% rosavins and 0.8-1% salidroside. Rhodiola standardized at 45% polyphenols is likely not the same Rhodiola used in the studies.

Can I take trueENERGY™ if I have low adrenal function?
trueENERGY™ is designed to promote healthy adrenal function and can be used during times of low adrenal function.

I have not heard of using aromatherapy for energy before, does it really work?

While the ingredients in trueENERGY™ are safe to use with most prescription medications, we recommend that you consult with your physician on your specific medications.

Can I take trueENERGY™ with my other supplements?
All Redd Remedies® products were designed to be used with other supplements. We make the assumption that our customers are using a multiple vitamin mineral formula at minimum.

What does each of the oils do to promote energy levels?
Oil of black pepper won't make you sneeze, but it will promote healthy circulation and nervous system function. Inhaling oil of peppermint increases mental acuity and accuracy; Oil of ginger and oil of rosemary support the body's digestive system and liver funtion.

How often should I use the inhaler?
The inhaler is best used for approximately 30 seconds 2 to 4 times during the day. Don’t worry; these essential oils are not habit forming.
