I had a hystorectomy in my 30s and was diagnosed with the worse case of hot flashes you can get ! But these really help with that ! Im so glad I found something that made those go away. I also have an issue with vaginal dryness but with this I feel normal again , and no more night sweats either which is such a blessing! Definitely recommend!
